Leadership

Pastor Justin has been  leading Pawhuska First since October, 2018. He and his wife, Ashley, have four young children. He has a Master's Degree in Theology from Liberty University School of Divinity and a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling from East Central University. Pastor Justin has a heart for preaching and teaching God's Word, for making disciples, promoting a Kingdom focus, and leading by serving. He is also very active in the Pawhuska community where he serves as the President of the Pawhuska Ministerial Alliance and President of the Pawhuska Board of Education. Before coming to Pawhuska as the Lead Pastor, Justin served as a Vocational Minister for 14 years in the roles of Student, Worship, and Education Pastor in various churches across Oklahoma.

Geoff has been with Pawhuska First since April 2022. He and his wife Kenzie have two young children. He has a Bachelor's degree in Outdoor Recreation and Management from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. He has a heart for leading students to Jesus and helping them walk with Him. His goal is to help students find out who they are in Jesus and live the rest of their lives in that identity.  He loves to spend time outdoors and especially enjoys playing disc golf.  In addition to working with students, Geoff lives out servant leadership qualities. He has a love for God's Word and loves to communicated God's Word with those he is leading.

Charity has been full time with Pawhuska First since December 2021 but her history with PFBC predates her fulltime employment. Charity, her husband Brad, and their three kids still in the home came to Pawhuska First in 2018. She followed the passion Jesus gave her and was a key part of relaunching a dissolved Children's Ministry as a volunteer. After seeing a gifting and witnessing her heart and passion for kids, in Dec. 2020, the church brought her on board as paid staff in the role of our part time Children's Minister.   A year later, we had an opening for church secretary and decided to bring Charity on board as full time salaried staff. Her heart for serving and her passion for kids has been a great blessing to the Lord's work through Pawhuska First!
